  • Discounts of 10 - 50% (90+/90/60/30 days prior) based on space availability with requests confirmed back in 48 hours and full payment expected within 24 hours of being confirmed.

Cunard Interline Eligibility


Eligibility:

  • Active airline employees
  • Active pilots of cargo carriers
  • Spouse of active employee including travel without the active employee
  • Retired airline employee and retired pilot of cargo carrier
  • Retired employees of defunct airline ARE eligible
  • Parents of active airline employees
  • One cabin per ID (no cabin splitting even if the employee and spouse are travelling)

Eligibility:

  • Employees and retirees of existing IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, commuter or cargo airlines
  • Spouse of employee
  • Parents of employees (In Laws are NOT eligible)
  • Dependant children of an eligible person that require an additional cabin are also covered - so long as they are traveling with the eligible person
  • Any number of cabins can be booked limited by availability and the number of eligible Interliners travelling (at least one must be in each cabin).

All Interline Guests MUST show proof of Interline elibility in the form of an Eligible Airline ID Card, Retirement ID Card, or Letter of Retirement,Employment or Parent Relationship on Employer Letterhead at Pier Check In.Failure to present proper Interline identification will result in DENIED BOARDING with NO REFUND

  • Parents AND inlaws of Interline employee (able to travel without employee)
  • Retired employees of airlines currently in operation or retirees with access to current ID
  • Retired Airline Employees of defunct airlines (new 04 May 06)
  • Military and retired Military with Military ID (immediate family only)
  • One additional stateroom, at Interline rate, per booking for friends and family traveling with the qualified Interline employee (on select sailings only as advised by MSC)
  • Maximum of 3 cabins split between qualified interliners

  • Spouses & Parents may travel independently of the employee
  • Active and Retired Canadian and American Military Personnel

Interliner may book a maximum 2 cabins at Interline rate as long as the Interliner is traveling, provided approval has been obtained by NCL in advance.

Retirees may book 1 cabin at the Interline rate

Eligibility:


Airline Employees:

  • Spouse of employee
  • Dependant children of employee

  • Friends are eligible when sharing a cabin with an eligible interline person

Military Personnel:

  • Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard
  • Active, Reserve Duty or retirees who have served 20 years minimum are eligible for Interline rates
  • Eligible military personnel are permitted to book on cabin per sailing at the Interline rate. One extra cabin may be booked only if the number of immediate family members cruising exceeds the maximum number of passengers in the first cabin.

RCCL Interline Eligibility - updated 26 Sep 06


Eligibility:


  • Airline employees who are IATA/ARC appointed
  • Employees of FedEx, Astar Air Cargo (formerly DHL), Airbourne Express and UPS
  • Employee's parents (not inlaws) are eligible to sail without the employee.
  • Retired employees of airlines currently in operation, i.e. not defunct like Pan Am
  • An active interliner may book separate cabins (up to a maximum of 3 cabins per sailing date). The active employee must be in the first cabin and a second can be booked (anyone can be in that cabin). To get a 3rd cabin the dependent child(ren) of the employee must be in one of the additional cabins and parents in the other.
  • THIS IS OK: active employee in one cabin and anyone in the other
  • THIS IS OK: active employee in one cabin, dependent children in the other, parents in 3rd
  • THIS IS NOT OK: employee in cabin 1, spouse in cabin 2, children in cabin 3
  • THIS IS NOT OK: employee in cabin 1, anyone in cabin 2, children in cabin 3
  • Spouses or domestic partners of active airline employees parents of active airline employees, retired airline employees or active employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo, Apollo or Amadeus are all entitled to one cabin at Interline rates.
  • NOT ELIGIBLE ANY LONGER: Amtrack employees, cruise line employees, tour company employees, parents in law, FAA, ATC or other government employees.
  • Effective 02 Oct 06 Military rates will be available on select sailings, but not necessarily at the prevailing Interline rate.
  • One cabin only is allowed and the Military member must be a guest in the cabin.
  • ID will be required from active Military on check-in and should be in the form of a white ID card for US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard or Reserves or a white N.D.21 Canadian National Defense personnel with red Canadian flag.
  • ID will be required from retired Military with 20 years of service, medically retired or 100% disabled on check-in and should be in the form of a blue or tan (disabled) ID card for US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard or Reserves or a white N.D.21 Canadian National Defense personnel with red Canadian flag, the same as for active Canadian Military.
  • Honourably Discharged with a minimum of 20 years of service from any US service division above using a blue ID card.

Guest(s) sharing a stateroom with Airline employee/retiree travel at the same interline rate. Employees of existing airlines only are eligible.

One cabin per sailing per AIRLINE EMPLOYEE/RETIREE allowed (the airline employee/retiree's spouse may travel without the airline employee/retiree, but may NOT request a second cabin on the same sailing that an airline employee/retiree is traveling on).

Carnival Interline Eligibility - updated 08 Mar 06


Eligibility
Interline rates are available to qualifying members of the following companies, excluding charter airlines and non-airline related subsidiary companies of the passenger airlines. Full time employees of:

  • Passenger airlines
  • NACTA (National Air Traffic Controllers)
  • FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
  • IATA
  • Airbourne, FedEx, UPS
  • Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo & Worldspan
  • Amtrak
  • Cruise Line Employees
  • US Military

Qualifying Interline employees are permitted to book up to THREE cabins. One cabin for the Interliner and up to two additional cabins for his/her family and friends.

Interliner Cabin CPGI - 2 eligible family cabins CPGI OR Friends and Family Cabins Interliner Cabin CPGI - 2 Friends cabins CPG3

Eligible family members include:

  • husband
  • wife
  • mother or father of the employee (not including inlaws)
  • dependent children 21 years old or younger

Eligible family members may book only one cabin per cruise departure, per family, if the employee is not traveling.

Retired interline employees may book one cabin and they must be traveling in this cabin. Note: Retired employees of non-existing airlines (defunct, like Pan Am) do not qualify for the Interline rates.

Carnival requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Please email a digital (scan or digital photo) copy of your Employment ID card to info@gordonfroese.com and fax a letter of Employment Verification on company letterhead to (775) 587-3590.

ID must be received within 48 hours of booking. Photo ID and a verification letter is required with current date and a list of dependants eligible. Retiree letters have no expiry. All others can be no older than 2 years from the date of issuance.

Members of the Military with current Military ID may book at Interline rates, the minimum age requirements are not applicable for members of the Military. Veterans must have served at least 2 years, be honourably discharged from service and be able to produce a DD214 form.
