Carnival Interline Eligibility - updated 08 Mar 06


Eligibility
Interline rates are available to qualifying members of the following companies, excluding charter airlines and non-airline related subsidiary companies of the passenger airlines. Full time employees of:

  • Passenger airlines
  • NACTA (National Air Traffic Controllers)
  • FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
  • IATA
  • Airbourne, FedEx, UPS
  • Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo & Worldspan
  • Amtrak
  • Cruise Line Employees
  • US Military

Qualifying Interline employees are permitted to book up to THREE cabins. One cabin for the Interliner and up to two additional cabins for his/her family and friends.

Interliner Cabin CPGI - 2 eligible family cabins CPGI OR Friends and Family Cabins Interliner Cabin CPGI - 2 Friends cabins CPG3

Eligible family members include:

  • husband
  • wife
  • mother or father of the employee (not including inlaws)
  • dependent children 21 years old or younger

Eligible family members may book only one cabin per cruise departure, per family, if the employee is not traveling.

Retired interline employees may book one cabin and they must be traveling in this cabin. Note: Retired employees of non-existing airlines (defunct, like Pan Am) do not qualify for the Interline rates.

Carnival requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Please email a digital (scan or digital photo) copy of your Employment ID card to info@gordonfroese.com and fax a letter of Employment Verification on company letterhead to (775) 587-3590.

Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Carnival reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

ID must be received within 48 hours of booking. Photo ID and a verification letter is required with current date and a list of dependants eligible. Retiree letters have no expiry. All others can be no older than 2 years from the date of issuance.

Members of the Military with current Military ID may book at Interline rates, the minimum age requirements are not applicable for members of the Military. Veterans must have served at least 2 years, be honourably discharged from service and be able to produce a DD214 form.
