Celebrity Interline Eligibility - updated 08 Mar 06

Eligibility:


  • Airline employees who are IATA/ARC appointed
  • Employees of FedEx, Astar Air Cargo (formerly DHL), Airbourne Express and UPS
  • Employee's parents (not inlaws) are eligible to sail without the employee
  • Retired employees of airlines currently in operation, i.e. not defunct like Pan Am
  • An active interliner may book separate cabins (up to a maximum of 3 cabins per sailing date). The active employee must be in the first cabin and a second can be booked (anyone can be in that cabin). To get a 3rd cabin the dependent child(ren) of the employee must be in one of the additional cabins and parents in the other
  • THIS IS OK: active employee in one cabin and anyone in the other
  • THIS IS OK: active employee in one cabin, dependent children in the other, parents in 3rd
  • THIS IS NOT OK: employee in cabin 1, spouse in cabin 2, children in cabin 3
  • THIS IS NOT OK: employee in cabin 1, anyone in cabin 2, children in cabin 3
  • Active military employees currently serving in the US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Reserves, or National Guard are eligible for up to 3 cabins as for Interliner above provided the same rules as for active Interliners is adhered to
  • Spouses or domestic partners of active airline employees or active members of the US Military, Canadian Armed Forces (active or retired) personnel, parents of active airline employees, retired airline employees or active employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo, Apollo or Amadeus are all entitled to one cabin at Interline rates
  • NOT ELIGIBLE ANY LONGER: Amtrack employees, cruise line employees, tour company employees, parents in law, FAA, ATC or other government employees.

Celebrity requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Please email a digital copy of your Employment ID (scan or digital photo) to info@gordonfroese.com and fax a verification of employment/retirement letter (employment is good for 2 years from issue and retiree verifications have no expiry) on company letterhead to (775) 587-3590

Parents or spouses of employees travelling without the active Interliner must have a photo copy of the employee and a verification letter (with contact information on the letter) that states they are eligible under the employee's ID.


Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, RCCL reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
