MSC Interline/Military Eligibility

Eligibility:

• Employees of IATA/ARC appointed airlines
• Employees of FedEx, DHL, Airborne Express, UPS
• GDS Employees (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan etc)
• Spouse of Interline employee
• Parents AND inlaws of Interline employee (able to travel without employee)
• Retired employees of airlines currently in operation or retirees with access to current ID
• Retired Airline Employees of defunct airlines (new 04 May 06)
• Military and retired Military with Military ID (immediate family only)
• One additional stateroom, at Interline rate, per booking for friends and family traveling with the qualified Interline employee (on select sailings only as advised by MSC)
• Maximum of 3 cabins split between qualified interliners

MSC requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Please email a digital copy of your Employment ID (scan or digital photo) to info@gordonfroese.com and fax a verification of employment/retirement letter (employment is good for 2 years from issue and retiree verifications have no expiry) on company letterhead to (775) 587-3590.

Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, MSC reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
